Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update: August 27, 2021

Physical Therapy is an essential medical service. Level Up Physical Therapy is committed to keeping our patients safe while continuing to provide the best care and physical therapy services our patients need. At this time, we will remain open in order to continue meeting the specific needs of our patients. We feel that our physical therapy practice is unique to other healthcare providers and locations due to our ability to provide you with one on one care with the same Doctor of Physical Therapy and an individual treatment room which also leads to an added margin of safety due to reduced contact with other patients or providers.

Level Up Physical Therapy is actively following all Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines to protect our patients and our staff. Specifically we are:

  • All staff have been fully vaccinated. Booster shots will also  be taken by staff as recommended by CDC.

  • Treating physical  therapist  will always wear class 1 medical  mask  or N95  respirator.

  • Patients  are asked to wear masks whenever possible.

  • Cleaning all surfaces with medical grade sanitizing and disinfecting wipes before and after use.

  • Washing/santizing our hands before and after each patient interaction.

  • Removing magazines and unnecessary items from the waiting area.

  • 6  foot  social distancing seating in waiting room.

  • Treating in our individual treatment rooms and/or providing extra distancing in gym.

  • HEPA filters sized to every room for 15 minutes air cycling

Level Up Physical Therapy is requiring that our current patients remain home if they have symptoms of the virus, cold, or flu. Those that have been in close prolonged contact with anyone who has symptoms of  illness should  contact the clinical staff prior  to visiting the clinic for appointments.

Level Up Physical Therapy is continuing to monitor this current situation and may update plans and safety protocols in accordance to the CDC recommendation and the evolving pandemic as well as recommendations from authorities and government officials.

If you, or someone you know, would benefit from physical therapy services, please call us at 910-579-2745 and set up a consultation. We would love to provide you a one on one consultation with a Doctor of Physical Therapy using evidence-based practices specific to your needs.
