All physical therapy clinics are not equal. Often Other PT clinics provide generic or unsupervised exercises, shuffle around patients between aides or assistants, see multiple patients at once and/or provide ineffective treatments such as hot packs and ultrasound. At many clinics, the physical therapy occurs out in an open gym with very little privacy, which can be uncomfortable!
